Outdoor Challenge Day 5

Well we did it!  The day wasn't the greatest for our water fun day (unless you count the 10 minute downpour) but we finished strong anyway. 

Outdoor Challenge Day 4

What a day! We had a little weather hiccup but the sun came through for us. A few of our groups hiked over to the toboggan run this morning and just because there's no snow doesn't mean we can't find a way to explore. 

The theme of the day seemed to be paint. From watercolors to paintball fights we had a colorful afternoon. 

We were fortunate to have not one but two visitors today. Jamie Oliviero captivated the children with his storytelling and Angela from Inspire Community Outreach educated our kids on understanding neurodiversity and the importance of inclusion.

One more day of adventure to go!

Outdoor Challenge Day 3

Today was another hot one but that didn't stop our fun. Unfortunately our visitor was not able to join us today but we still had time for henna. 

Some of the kids got creative today with nature materials and explored some new areas of the park. Others just relaxed in our laid back home for the week.
