Big Gym-Blue Fire Jaguar

As soon as summer program started, Big Gym children are ready to rock on. They are nature lovers as well as good at sports.

Ms. Shila's Group:

The children are interested to catch the insects and talking about their pets. So here are some interesting activities that they have done.

Provocation: Loose Parts Insects

"It is Centipede and it has many legs."

 "I made an ant, it can climb very high on the tree."

 "My caterpillar is sitting on the tree and eating green leaf."

 "A blue spider"

 "I made a rainbow butterfly and it has wings."

 "A spider named Tarantula"

Pet Sculpture: 

During the provocation activity, children talked about their pets so we decided to make pet sculpture using clay.

After the pet sculpture dried, they painted them.

The children are interested in Caterpillar so they enjoyed a variety of activities about caterpillar such as read story of Hungary Caterpillar , Caterpillar music and movement, caterpillar craft and also learned about life cycle of butterfly.
