Mini Gym's Summer Program started with some amazing arts and rough plays.
The children have showed their interests in creating and designing. So we did several open-ended design activities.
We designed necklaces and bracelets with nuts and bolts.
The children also created amazing sculptures with foam boards, foam balls and other art supplies that they wanted.
We also offered them a Lego Challenge Game. Each group had different challenges to build something with Lego. They were all really creative and finished their tasks.
After the fun Lego Challenge. We wanted to challenge the children more. We provided them toothpicks and marshmallow to build in groups.
Other than creating, the children also had big interests in fun sport games. We have planned lots fun games for them to keep them moving.
We did Name-Tag wrestling on mats.
Since the children were crazy about scooters, we had several cool activities with scooters.
First we had a sticker fight with scooters.
Then we did a hockey game on scooters.
We had a special hippo game with scooters and balls.
As the oldest group in the centre, the children wanted to do something for all the children.
Firstly, we made slushes for the whole centre. They also enjoyed drinking it in this hot summer.
The children also held a Spa day for everybody. They designed posters for different stations. And they set up a Nail Polish station, a Hair Design Station and a Tattoo Station.
