Cookie & Lemonade Sale on Friday

You may have noticed our signs hanging around the centre announcing an upcoming sale. Some children from the theatre group will be hosting a lemonade and cookie sale on Friday August 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm near the school entrance on the west side of the building (near the parking lot). 

Cookies will be sold for $0.50 each and lemonade will be $0.25 per glass, with a limit of 2 per child. All proceeds earned from the sale will be donated to the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba Inc. IRCOM offers a variety of programs that support newcomers locally and throughout the province. 

Today our group took a walk to Safeway to shop for ingredients.

                        

                      


Now the group is hard at work baking cookies! We hope to receive your support for our sale, please see theatre staff with any questions or concerns you may have.

    It's wonderful and reassuring to see the children enjoying themselves. Thanks so much for documenting their activities and posting all of these pictures. This is a favorite feature of mine!
